You will
be rewarded for getting more people involved in the business. So YOU will actually
GET PAID for helping others. To explain it in a very simple way. U-Care is like
a club. Each member of the “club” must pay at least R150.00 per
month membership fee. If a member recruits more members to join the “club”,
he will receive a portion of those new members’ membership fees as commission
for his effort. That is actually all there is to it.
You will
get paid commissions up to four levels deep in your business. Remember the example
I used in the beginning where I decided not to do all the work on my own but
rather “Sub contract” it and share my commission with others. The
four levels means that we “subcontracted” it to four people. (I
got you to do it, you got your friend to help you and he got his friend to help
him: level 1, 2, 3, 4)
